access database location in different foldere

Hi, do you have any idea how to programmatically connect to a database (access 97) located in a different folder(domain) having a password?

Like I want to connect to mydatabase which the location is

\\folder1\folder\mydatabase.mdb which the folder1 has a username and password so every time I need to connect to that the database I need to key in the username and password
