Connecting to SQL Server from Oracle 11g
Hi we use,Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
We got a requirment to connect to SQL Server DB and get access a View.
My DBA provided servername, DB name,User,ip and pwd
I am not sure what things my DBA have taken care regarding this.
If ODBC connection is established properly
As a developer I need to check if it is working or not.
I am very new to this and not sure what to do.
Please let me know how I need to test and what is the connection string I need to include in sql script.
Or what are the thing do I need to ask my DBA regarding this
