Pervasive ODBC connection string with user name and password

This should be added to the main list of pervasive connection strings. The format is as follows:

Driver={Pervasive ODBC Client Interface};ServerName=%SERVERNAME%;dbq=@%DBNAME%;UID=%USERNAME%;PWD=%PASSWORD%
