Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.

When I use the Teradata connection strings in my web.config file I get the error "Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed." Am I supposed to need to do/use anything besides just putting this strings in my web.config?
