The provider is contained in the file Sqlxml3.dll.

Include "Provider=SQLXMLOLEDB.3.0;Data Provider=sqloledb" in the connection string to use this provider.

Description

The SQLXML version 3.0 was released with SQL Server 2000. It restricts the data provider to SQLOLEDB only.;
