SQL Server authenticated on localhost but not when using IP address

Hello,

I wonder if you can give me some direction. I have a SQL site developed for data forms inputs by my brother-in-law, a password was given to me to do misc. admin stuff like adding users and data inputs. I can access the site by typing http://localhost:3000 and login normally to do data input while on the server or when RDP into this server (this server is running MS Server 2019 and MS SQL Server 2019). However, when I access the server from a workstation using the server IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.140:3000), I can get to the login screen but the same password doesn't work anymore. My brother-in-law has passed away a couple weeks ago so I have no one to consult with. What do I have to do in order to be able to access the site using a workstation? Any help is truly appreciated.

Hiep
