How to download Oracle OraOLEDB provider ?

Learn where and how to download the Provider for Oracle (OraOLEDB).
The link on your page https://www.connectionstrings.com/oracle-provider-for-ole-db-oraoledb/info-and-download/ which refers to http://www.oracle.com/technology/ software/tech/windows/ole_db/index.html now results in page not found.
I also tried to do other searches on the internet, but I couldn't find anything to download and install this provider on windows.
